This improvement removed the necessity for drivers to search for alternative access routes or remain unmonitored, significantly streamlining the entry process.

Enhanced Operational Efficiency with Overhead Pendant Power Points

To effectively power two pallet wrapper machines situated away from the warehouse walls, we installed overhead pendant power points. This design allowed for direct power supply to each machine, eliminating the clutter of floor-level cabling and ensuring that the equipment remained in its proper locations.

Custom Installation of Three-Phase Outlets for Electric Forklift Charging Needs

As the client transitioned to an all-electric forklift fleet, it became essential to install three-phase power outlets for the new battery chargers. We crafted and installed a bespoke overhead support beam to facilitate a cable tray extending from the switchboard to each charger. This configuration ensured that the cables were well-protected and capable of handling the demands of a busy warehouse. Three-phase outlets were then strategically positioned at all critical locations.
